How can I make NM-4E work with 3700 router

I have several NM-4E which I have been using on 3640 routers. We recently purchased a stock of 3700 to upgrade the 3640s but the 3745 do not detect the NM-4Es but it works with the NM-2FE2W.It must have something to do with the speed but I can I make it work. Pls help!!!

the NM is not in the list whereas the NM-2FE2W combo card is listed. Maybe i'm wrong but i think it is not supported
