How do i configure a Cisco 1701 ADSL to support Routing between two VLANs

Hi,

I have a Cisco 1701 ADSL Router which has ONLY One Ethernet Port 10/100. I would like to setup Routing between two networks.

If i purchase a 9-ports 10/100 Managed Switch (not sure which 1 as yet) that supports VLan tagging, could i configure the Switch so that Port 2 is for VLAN1 = 192.168.0.1 and Switch Port 3 for VLAN2 = 192.168.1.1. Now, how would i configure Switch Port 4 so that it can connect to the router ethernet port and what IP should I use. Likewise, how would i configure the router to route between the two VLANs.

Thank you,

Surendra

The 1701 does seem to support Intervlan routing using dot1q and subinterfaces.

Check this link for configuration. The link might indicate a 2600 router but it would be the same for 1701.
