how i know whether cisco switch is original or not

my company bought Cisco switch ws-c4503e model

s/n: SPE 21010011, SPE2101001A, SPE2050001s

Send an email to Cisco TAC and give them the serial numbers.

Is this switch from your company?SN. FCW2217B11X we have been having problems with the switches at around four know which misbehave when restarted.

 - The particular serial number is recognized by https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/  , this is a 'close proof' indicating it comes from cisco , but no 100% guarantee.

Counterfeit switches will pass the serial number check because someone from the factory supplied the gang with legitimate 2960X serial numbers (including component serial numbers).
