how is checking stanby supvervios dram size?

hi

my site has two supervisor engine of the C6509

state of first superviosr is active and

state of second supervisor is stanby

Am i verify stanby supervisor dram size on this condition ?

what command is verify stanby supervisor dram size?

No, There is not way to check the Dram size on the standby sup, unless you get into it.

You could attach to the 2nd SUP and check the sh ver. Iam assuming it will show you the DRAM there.

Well, Console of the second sup is disabled and you really cannot get into it unless it becomes active.

so to check the Dram size you have to make it active. or take your standby sup out and put it into a free chassis if you have one and then check the Dram size.Put it back again in the working chassis and it will go it standby state.
