How to add Whatsup Gold Custom cisco device types

I was wondering how I can add the Cisco custom device types that are in Ciscoworks windows/whatsupgold when I am using Whatsupgold without the Ciscoworks piece that automatically integrates the device types?

The Integration Utility that you're referring to only applies to CW2000 bundle and not to CiscoWorks for Windows/Whats Up Gold. As for creating the custom device types in Whats Up Gold, the procedure is listed in the on-line help within Whats Up Gold. Do a search on custom and you'll see the details. Hope this helps.
