Dear all,
I bought a few access point of Cisco devices. I purchased through a third party agent of Cisco in our country.
Now I want to check if my purchased equipment is it included with the carrier's warranty?? What should I do?
Thanks for reading and hope to get some advice..

Hello,
the easiest way to find out what your warranty is, is to use the Warranty Finder tool:
https://connectthedots.cisco.com/connectdots/serviceWarrantyFinderRequest?fl=sf#.

Hi Pauwen,
What do you enter this item? I enter the serial number of product but the result is empty.
Or this product is not covered by the genuine warranty from Cisco.

Hello,
you need to enter the SKU. This is just the description Cisco uses for its products. You can get the SKU from a serial number. Below is a link describing how to do that.

Hi Marce,
I accessed the url you instructed then entered the serial number information and the result is as shown below:
Does this picture mean we won't get warranty from Cisco if something goes wrong? And the warranty will take place between us and the dealer who distributes the device.
This is my first time buying Cisco equipment so there are many issues that I don't know. It is nice to have such enthusiastic help from you.
