hi all,
i have read the man page of snmptrapd, however, i still cannot understand how to setup the snmptrapd in linux so that i can respond to the event. anyone can help to post some sample configuration of snmptrapd? thanks a lot!

Not sure of the config on the Linux. Here is a doc of IOS SNMP traps and how to config them. I guess, there should be something similar for LInux too.
