How to upgrade IOS on old 2501

Does anyone know what a correct CLI or procedure to upgrade an old 2501, the router does not recognize "copy tftp flash:" command (It only has IOS v10.2(5). I don't intend to upgrade the ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 5.2(5). Thanks.
