https fail with WAN

Hi

We have a remote location to use Cisco 2500 frame-relay to link with San Jose location to access inside and internet network. It's all fine to the inside network access, also it's fine to ping or http to internet, but https fail to the internet and cannot display web page. From San Jose location, it's no problem to access internet with https. We don't have any access-list to block https port in the routes and PIX.
