7200vrx and some pa,for 16 ports of fe and 8 ports of 1000base-x,what should i do ?

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. If you are saying that you are not able to choose this configuration for the 7200 VXR, this could be due to the limit imposed by the backplane speed. Check this link for more info :
