Dear Sirs,
I just tried to upgrade my 3662 router memory
To 256 MB.but the price are really different in market and all I need is CISCO branded or fully qualified memory modules.
But I can't find any idea hoe to get it
What is the original CISCO chipset?
Pictures of memory module (Do you have it ?)
Memory modules prices (Where ? which ? ...)
Exact part number
I think I need MEM32U256 because I want to upgrade from 32 MB base memory.
Any recommendation is highly appreciated

Hello,
check out this link, it has pictures and part numbers:
http://www.memoryx.net/3662.html
I don´t think there exists a 32 to 256 upgrade kit. Here are the official Cisco part numbers:
MEM3660-128D= Cisco 3660, 128 MB SDRAM Field Upgrade
MEM3660-2X64D= Cisco 3660, 128 MB SDRAM (2x64 MB Flash DIMMs)
MEM3660-2X128D= Cisco 3660, 256 MB Flash (2x128 MB Flash DIMMs)
Regards,
Georg
