I need to change a password in a 2924xl switch

We have a 2924XL that I need to change the configuration but we don't have the password. Can someone help us recover the PW or assign a new one

1.power off switch

2.hold on the "mode" button on switch

3.lossen your finger 3 seconds later after LED 1 go out

4.then you can do what inform you on switch prompt
