IGMP report/CGMP join flood

In a IGMP snooping/CGMP mixed VLAN, is there anyway to suppress the IGMP report/CGMP join floods that occur every 60 seconds?

Why do you want to stop them? If IGMP/CGMP doesn't work in your network the network would be flooded by multicasts in much worse manner.... (I suppose your network is designed to use some router which "translates" IGMP to CGMP for devices which aren't IGMP capable - Cat4000, e.g.)
