Instructions on how to add VMS 2.0 to Existing LMS 1.2 Install?

We are currently running Cisco Works LAN Managment Version 1.2 (CD Release 5).

We have just purchased the 10-Device VMS 2.0 module and I am wondering if there is a particular order to install this set of tools.

There is older versions of CD ONE & RME in the Kit (I have CD relase 5 and RME 3.4 installed), but there is a new CD TWO Inventory Services CD.

I can't seem to find any place that has steps to install over an existing LMS install.

VMS 2.0 works only with CD-One 4th Edition/RME3.3. It will not install on CD-One 5th Edition bundle. If you have CD-One 4th Edition, you can install it on a separate server for now.
