InterVLAN routing with 7200VXR and 12.1(8a)E4 IOS

Hi

I need your help on following question. I'm planning an upgrade in my network from existing 3640 router to 7200VXR along with replacement of Sup I in Cat5k to Sup III. After the upgrades I need to segement network into VLAN's. I've heard from reliable source of information that there serious issues with 12.1 IOS train for 7200 doing inter VLAN routing. Does any of you have any experience with it? Does any of you experienced same kinds of problems like for example FTP running from station A to station B and not running from station B to station A at the same time (assuming that A&B are in different VLAN's)?

I think you need to ask your reliable source what bugs he/she is talking about. The question is vague and I am not aware of such issues.
