IOS crc error

hi team:

I m uploading a new IOS in a 7513, but when i Verify the file, i have always the same error

%error verifying slaveslot0:rsp-pv-mz.120-21-ST3.bin (Invalid file header CRC)

I did some test´s ( Format de slot, I downloaded again the IOS from the TAC, I uploaded teh IOS in the master RSP ) but i have always this error )

All I know is if the code is over 16 mb most tftp software won't work. I have used the Walusoft TFTP on code over 16 mb.
