I am working with a customer who uses several AS5350 routers. We are running 12.3 mainline code and having good experience with it. In looking at the IOS Upgrade Planner on CCO it indicates that 12.3(6c) would need 128 MB of memory and 32 MB of flash which would fit your machine. This is for the IP Plus feature set which is what you are currently running.
Depending on what your reasons are for upgrading (are there particular features you need, or functionality that you want to implement) you may want to think about other feature sets. But in terms of a simple upgrade to more recent code with similar feature set capabilities I think this would work well for you.

Thak you Rick but now I have another question.
In my company I have another as5350 with the IOS version 12.2(2)XA4 and the output of command "sh version" is:

You can read the line: "126 Serial network interface(s)" but in my "new" as5350 in the output of command "sh version" there is the line "2 Serial network interface(s)".
Do you know why? If I install the version 12.2(2)XA5
on my as5350 work whith 126 Serial network?
Thank you again.

Peter
I am not entirely sure but I believe that the difference in how they count is mostly cosmetic. And I believe that the count of 2 serials produced by 12.1(5)XM8 is more meaningful. The AS5350 does have 2 serial interfaces in it which are provided for possible use as up-link connections (so the AS5350 can be located in a remote POP and receive calls and send data to a network in a remote location).
I am guessing that 12.2(2)XA5 is combining the 120 interfaces from your two DFC NP60 cards, the 4 DFC 4 PRI cards and the 2 serial interfaces to get the figure of 126. While I can not say that it is incorrect, I find this number to be less useful than the count of 2.
If you want to install the same version on both of the AS5350s for uniformity of management then I think that would be fine. But I would not select the version to run based on how it counts interfaces in show version.
