Hi
I seem to be having difficulty with IP Nbar.
My objective is this... i want to monitor data traffic and voice traffic. I dont have PDLM loaded so im using the default ip protocols used by NBAR. I have also enabled CEF on the router.
Will Nbar work with Frame relay sub interfaces?
Secondly - i can see traffic transmitting over the interface but i cant see any voice traffic. I made a custom protocol using UDP ports 16384 - 32767. Have I done the right thing??
Any suggestions are welcome...
Andrew

Hi
Thanks for the reply....
If PDLM is not enabled on your router it wont work. One must download it from Cisco and load it into flash. Once it is in flash, you can use the command IP NBAR PDLM.
PDLM is a extension of IP NBAR. It enables NBAR to recognise more protocols. I thought I could get it working with NBAR only but im not having any luck. I know i can customise protocols but its just not working for me...any other suggestions are welcome >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
