IP Unnumbered and NAT

Can I use NAT on a IP Unnumbered interface?

Have an Internet Router from UUnet where Serial 0 is using IP unnumbered E0. Will this cause a problem with NAT?

Never done it but since you apply the ACL it to the interface, it should be fine. Anyone see a problem with it?
