This is Hiro from Bangladesh & I have two questions about IPLC. How can I monitor it & is it possible to control it's voice & video conferencing service.

Hi Hiro,

IPLC is a international private line which you have control and own. 

1. How can I monitor it

    - If this one is related to bandwidth/link status/usage/availability you can use free software tool for monitoring link and configure snmp. 

2. Yes you can control this on point A edge and point B edge, you prioritize traffic by the use of QOS.
