IPv4 to IPv6 though-put limited

i have a 4 to 6 tunnel set up accros a test LAN and the best datarate obtained is 300KB/s. Routers are 2621XM and with this tunnelling they run at 70% CPU utilisation.

Anybody had this problem and solved it? Or is it a limitation of the Cisco solution?

Alternatively, an excessive amount of ARP requests can be caused by a malicious traffic stream which scans through locally attached subnets. An indication of such a stream would be the presence of a very high number of incomplete ARP entries in the ARP table. Since incoming IP packets that would trigger ARP requests would have to be processed, troubleshooting this problem would essentially be the same as troubleshooting high CPU utilization in the IP Input process.

For test lan read private network and not connected to the internet.

In fact it can be minimzed to three routers and 2 end host. Very bad through-put for 2621xm router and better, but not good for the 3725 routers.
