Dear Sir,
I have a Cisco 3620 Router with 32 mb Dram and 16 MB flash.
Which IOS will support IPV6 addressing on this Router.

Hello Atul,
according to the software advisor, you need at least IP Plus IOS 12.2(15)T16, the image name is c3620-is-mz.12.2-15.T16.
This image requires 64MB of DRAM and 16MB of flash, so you will need to add DRAM.

Hello Atul,
the only way to get the IOS is to download it from CCO, or to get it from a reseller or partner.
Here is the link to the CCO download file:
c3620-is-mz.122-15.T16.bin
Obviously, your access level needs to be sufficient to download the IOS...
