I am designing an IP network with a legacy IPX. The current network has remote WAN locations with unique IPX networks which have been routered by the Telco.
Now we are putting in a new IP and IPX structure. The Telco router to our internal router link will be a unique IP network. Internally we have multiple VLANs with unique IP and IPX networks.
Do I need an IPX network defined on the Telco to internal router link in order to route/bridge between remote sites? My knowledge of IPX network requirements is not high.

That is correct , it works the same way your current network does if you want to route IPX between your remote sites .
