I have a Call Manager configuration that has a VG200 with a T1 PRI as its gateway. I am having some problems with the Telco in that they are expecting 10 digits but they say we are only sending 7 digits. In doing isdn debug q931, the output indicates we are sending 10 digits.
In researching this, TAC recommended doing somthing with the isdn map address command. My question is how do the different parameters for type and plan affect the output on the d-channel? I have found nothing to indicate what they do.
