How can we check what Kind of Traffic flowing on the interface e.g HHTP,POP or is there any software to check the traffic how much traffic each system is using

With netflow you can do this.
You need a flow collector (server) and the equipments send flow records to this server. From the log files you can create graphs, analysis based on protocols, source destination address or port...
I prefer netflow 9.

As mentioned above netflow gives a very complete information. If you just want to use the routers and get a somewhat less compete report you can configure ip route-cache flow on the interfaces and use sh ip cache flow. You can also put ip nbar protocol-discovery on the interfaces and use the various nbar commands to display the information.
