Anyone have any good experiences w/ a network simulator. Some features would include the ability to change bandwidth/type of circuit, add latency, delay, jitter etc. . I am looking to test applications in a lab based WAN environment prior to rolling out live in a hub/spoke network configuruation.

it depends on how much money you have available, in general these simulators are expensive.
