Loss of MLS flow tables

I have a Catalyst 6509 which periodically loses the entire MLS flow table. The table immediately rebuilds but this wreaks havoc on the network serivces, particularly VoIP. My flow entries are generally in the range of 11000-15000, much lower than the recommended 32k.

This switch is equipped with dual SUP1, PFC1, and MSFC1. I am running CAT OS version 6.2(3). No logging entries occur when this happens.

Anyone ever seen this?

Thanks

How do you know you are losing them ? Obviously this should not happen , can't think of anything other than a hardware problem , we have had more than our share of problems with the SUP 1 , msfc! cards ourselves for something that is still fairly new .

Check for STP topology changes or routing instability/changes. Both these occurances will cause the MLS table to be cleared.
