maximum NM-2CE1U modules on 3660

Hi, refering to following address, what is the reason that 3660 router can not support more than 3 NM-2CE1U module but can support up to 5 NM-2CE1B? the difference is only in "balanced" and "unbalanced"

It is to do with memory requirements for each card. If you scroll further down the page you have linked to you will see they have diferent memory requirements.
