Memory qs on Router 2509

Hello All & Greetings.

I have a Cisco Router 2509 for Lab work. When I booted it, I get this message:

error: system flash bank 1 chip 3 unknown, chip id 0xD105 (reverses - ox8BA0)

flash initialization failed

Can someone please explain the above error message to me? And, also how to correct this.

Looks like the wrong flash chip is in the router. You will need to put the right flash Simm.
