1. Is is a real surprising. Card is not at all prsent in the slot x, but still when i do cc x, It shows me the prompt of x. what could be the reason?
2. I have inserted a new front VISM card and it is always showing in standby/active. Can someone suggest that why it is always going in "standby mode". Getting follwing message when I reset the card"ACRED: Upload BRAM Failed
Error occurred while uploading the SM configuration file to the ASC disk."
I am getting error meaage while doing setrev
" SHM LSM ERR: ssiMsgSend failed in function pmmSendPresenceNotification, return
code 3997698

Hi,
Can you give the following display commands ?
dspcds
dspred
Also include the following part of the log
dsplog -sl x ( where x is the slot you have the card in).
Thanks
