MGXs offering E1 trunk across the path

Accoring to CCO, "The Cisco T1/E1 circuit emulation service modules (CESMs) are designed for use with the MGX™ 8220 edge concentrators, MGX 8230, MGX 8250 and the MGX 8800 series wide-area edge switches. The CESM-8E1 offers E1s for structured and unstructured circuit services over an ATM backbone for the new world of data networking."

Could an E1 card on the MGX be used for trunking with the remote MGX?

Is there any specific card (other than AX-CESM-8E1) that should be used, instead?

Is there any other special concern?

Thank you in advance.

By mistake, the correct card is AUSM-8 (ATM UNI Service Module, Eight Ports) and we are trying to achieve PNNI.
