I would like to get via SNMP the broadcast counter that is shown with a sh interface VLAN X
"Received 387377 broadcasts"
In order to have a picture of how broadcast traffic is incrementing in each VLAN.I am doing this cause i consider our network is too flat and the VLANs we currently have are not enough. Please, let me know if you know this MIB also If you can give me an idea of how much broadcast is OK for a network so i can justify implementing new vlans in the network. Thanks a lot.
