Can anybody explain the following. IOS Feature navigator for c805-y6-mw.123-9.bin does not list CBWFQ and LLQ among available features. But the foolowing configuration works:

As soon as I migrated to c805-sy6-mw.123-9.bin to support FRF.12, the configuration above is not parsed by IOS correctly. Feature navigator for IP Plus feature set does not show LLQ as an available option so for c805-sy6-mw.123-9.bin all correct, but why for IP Only Feature set LLQ is working?
