I want to configure Mobile IP on Cisco routers 2500 IOS 12.1(6), I´m using eigrp for routing, but when I try to activate Mobile IP, doesn´t work, the IOS answer "Unknow routing protocol" Why it doesnt work????

You need atleast an IP plus feature set for Mobile IP on 2500 routers.

12.1(6) does support M-IP. Give a show version command and paste the IOS image file name. (or show flash wil also give you the same)

For IP only version the image should look like c2500-i-l.12.1-6

IP Plus image should have an extra "s" on the image file name.

c2500-is-l.12.1-6. You need to upgrade to this image.

Flash requirement : 16 mb min

DRAm requirement : 8mb

yes you are right, What is the last version of IOS that a cisco 2500 can support?, where can i get info about this?
