Hi

When dial in to as5800 from pstn the modem will be picked up from modem pool.Is there any way that once the modem is picked it will dial out the number back to telco?

If I understand correctly you are talking about callback configuration on the as5800. Typically in a callback scenario, a PC/router will call into an Access server through the PSTN cloud, the AS will authenticate/authorize the call & if it has negotiated callback with the client then will drop the call & dialout to a predefine number (this will be different than the dialin number). The callback number can be configured locally on the Access server or on the AAA server.

Thanks, Mak

Thanks Mak for quick reply.

Let me explain=>

1.Stage I : On telco premises when customer dials 160221 call is routed to IVR prompting him to dial 10 digit card number.

2.Stage II : The customer dials 10 digit card number.He will get the balance amount of his card.

3.Stage III : The customer dials any destination number of telco.

Now I want the as5800 to accomplish first two stages so the customer completes only the third stage.

The call flow is customer=>telco house=>as 5800=>telco.

Basically the call is from pstn to pstn without any PC.

Hope you got my problem.

How to go about it?
