We have a WX-c3548--XL-EN switch that we need to get the model and part number for the modules installed without bring down the switch and getting the nubmers off the modules themselve. When we look at the inventory via the web access is registers NA.
Is there a way to get the module part number via the telnet session?

WX-C3548-XL-EN is not a modular switch and does not have any modules in it. What modules are you looking to inventory?

It is the module that the fiber is connected to and the module gigastack module.
Thanks.

You can do a "sh int gig 0/x status" to get the GBIC type
mdf3548_1#sh int gigabitEthernet 0/2 status
Port Name Status Vlan Duplex Speed Type
------- ------------------ ------------ -------- ------ ------- ----
Gi0/2 connected trunk A-Full 1000 1000BaseSX <<----
mdf3548_1#
It it is 1000BaseSX, the part number would be WS-G5484
