Monitoring console in DFM 1.2

Before, when a switch was DOWN, it was reported as "switch - Unresponsive" in device fault manager 1.2 monitoring console. Now, when a switch is down it is not reported inmediately, but is reported as "SNMPAgent - Unresponsive" after a longer time period.

What could be the problem in this case??

I guess, there should be some settings wherein you mention the time interval at which the notifying messages are sent to the console. Check out if it is set for a long time period.
