multiple vlans and one port

i currently have 7 different vlans in use

sometimes there comes a time when i need to send files to all of the pc's at the same time, so how can i do this, i suppose tagging is one way put with that one port can talk to all of the vlans how do i restrict the port from other people using it

I'm assuming here that you mean you want to send a broadcast to all the VLANs at once? If this is the case try creating one more VLAN, from the VLAN interface on the router you could add helper-addresses that forward UPD packets to all the other subnets.
