NAM issues

Using the NAM and the ART tool. I use the default settings. I am spanning a VLAN with 200 plus workstations, but when using the ART I only see about 12 or 15 of those workstations reported. If I use a NA Sniffer ART on the same span setttings, I see hundreds of workstations in the reports.

Is there a bug in the NAM software or did I miss a radio box in the set up?

Is this the WS-X6380-NAM or the new WS-SVC-NAM-1/2 models?. Also what is the software/patch level on the NAM?. Did you SPAN in both directions or single?

It is the x6380 version with 2.1(2).

The Span is in both directions.

In the NAM Web GUI, under Monitor->Resposne Time, are you using Server or Client/Server and is the Data Source selected to All Span?
