NAT for Windows 2000 Terminal Services (TCP port 3389)

Has anyone had problems with NAT for a Windows Terminal Services Server ?

Here is some of the config

ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.16.2 3389 219.88.70.218 3389 extendable

That static port translation should work the way you have configured it. Be sure that you are not denying port 3389 in your access-lists. If that still doesn't work, you can try doing a one-to-one translation to narrow down the problem.
