needs information on power for 6500

i seen on cisco that we have a almost 4 to5 different type of power for 6500s.i have a 110V in my office and i want to use MDf and IDF both 6500 with 10G connectivity between them. IDF are almost full of ports. i seen that there is 2 power supply 4000w on 220V that is not possible for me. and second is 6000W with 220V and of we out 110V it gives you 2900W. this power is ok for me but i want to know if i orderd this power then is good for fully loded 6509E with sup32 or is not enough? we must do 220V power or not?
