Network design with Layer 2 circuits

Hi,

I need help if this is the right network design for a new site. We have a Site A needs connectivity to Client DC1 and Client DC2. The carriers ATT and Verizon are providing Layer 2 circuit handout at the client and the Site A locations. The Site A location has Avaya phones connecting to resources at the Client DC1 and DC2. I'm proposing Cisco 9300s that will be installed at Client DC1 and DC2 location while there is already a Cisco 3850 at Site A location. The Site A location has a stack of 2 Cisco 3850 which is acting as a Core switch and the phones will connect to the access switches 2960 connected to the Cisco 3850 switch. I'll be running BGP on layer 2 circuit from Cisco 9300 to Cisco 3850. Is this the correct design or should I go with proper Cisco routers at the Client location or a managed carrier routers?

Thanks

Sachin

what is the goal of 2 Circuits, Failover for redundancy or use Active / Active?.

I do not believe you need BGP here until you have any specific requirement of BGP ( if the default route exit from Cat 3850 next hop is Cat 9300).
