Yes it is supported.

Try an IP Plus image.

Latest IOS is 12.3.12. When I use software advisor it seems to be supported even in IP only image. I would recommend IP Plus if you want additional features.

Min. of 12.2XT should be enough.

yes this module is supported on the 2600 XM series and the minimum IOS required for it is 12.2(8)T1 with an IP Plus feature set.
