NM-8E1-IMA

I have 32 E1, I want to connect those to router 3661

,below is diagram:

(3661)nm-8e1-ima-----32E1(SDH)------ATM,

because the 32E1 is SDH Frame, os i use the NM-8E1-IMA, can it work?

any one can tell me what's the function of nm-Xe1-ima, or documents linked?
