Nothing @ power on - c4500

Hi All,

when powering on a c4500 I get nothing in the cli window. The device is showing the following,

Ports 0, 1, 7, all are lit up. DCD is lit for P-0 P-1 as is RS for P-0.

I haven't a clue what's next. Any suggestions..? Cheers.
