I´had the NEC suggestion, that does not use in a same LAN or WAN both protocols, IP and OSI Protocol.
is this true?

I do not quite understand your question. Are you asked what routing protocol can carry both IP and OSI information? ISIS can do this if this is what you are asking and ISO IGRP can do CLNS only. If this is not your question can you be more specific with what informaton you are after please.
