Hi,
Can someone explain, for OSPF routing over NBMA it is necessary to provide neighbor commands to establish neighbor adjacencies.
Why the same is not needed with eigrp? Let's hv the nbma cloud as the frame-relay for example.

Its not really necessary to have neighbor commands. You can circumvent the OSPF NBMA neighbor issues with the "ip ospf point-to-multipoint" command.
