PA-4E1G Serial Port Adapter

Dear all,

I'm using a PA-4E1G Serial Port Adapter in a Cisco 7200 router. Does these serial ports support PRI communication ? As a PRI Line is terminating in our building.

Hi,

Is it balanced (120ohm) or unbalanced (75 ohm).

U can connect PRI to balanced directly but for unbalanced u will be requiring some converter(Baloon).

Dear Amit,

Thanks for the immediate response. While searching the cisco website, I was not able to find any documents which mentions that these E1 Port adapters can be used for the PRI communication. Instead i found a card which is 8 port multichannei E1/PRI port Adapter. Where can i find the details mentioned by you?
