Per packet balancing issue

Hi,

I' ve two frame relay circuits configured between a Cisco 7500 ad a Cisco 2600.

For the remote LAN, on the 7500 side I've configured two static routes, one to the subinterface P-t-P of the first pvc and the other to the second subinteface (with the same cost)

At the "serial interface" level for the two routers configuration, I've specified the " no ip route-cache " option to overcome the "per destination balancing".

In this situation I'd think that the two link for the same destination, will be equally used?

But.... If I look the traffic statistic on my MRTG, I see that the first link is a little beat more used... why?

thanks in advance!

Graz.

Hi,

I've found the issue: ther is a the " ip cef distributed "enabled at the global level!

I've to disable cef on the related interface..

Thanks,

Bye,

Graz.
