having problems opening 16.5.1 packet tracer, everytime I open it it loads with the error saying the physical workspace is corrupted. I've tried uninstalling and downloading from different browsers still getting the same error.
which language are you using ? If applicable, try and switch to 'English'. See the video linked below (it is in Spanish, but I think it is understandable enough to figure out how to change the language...):
